We’re looking for sales oriented Account Executives to join our growing team at our Helsinki office. If chosen, you would be responsible for hunting new clients, negotiating and closing deals of our Smarp SaaS solution. Your efforts would be primarily focused on large organizations and closing the deals.

Areas of responsibility:

  • Contacting potential clients and teaching them about the advantages of Internal Knowledge Sharing and Employee Advocacy
  • Going through demo presentations and converting potential customers to paying ones
  • Consultative sales approach - our solution is truly a value adding software for our customers
  • Take responsibility of your own sales territory and quota
  • Working closely with the management, marketing and technical team to improve the product and the sales process, we want you to contribute as well!
  • Possible advancement to our international offices and fast track to higher roles

What we would hope from you:

  • Experience and proven success in B2B software sales (SaaS models are a huge plus)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication / presentation skills in English
  • Take ownership of your work and the results you deliver
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets/quota
  • Enthusiasm, motivation and energy to hunt and close new clients
  • Creativity, spontaneity and ability to learn and adjust on the go
