We’re looking for an enthusiastic Customer Support Specialist to join our growing tech team at our Helsinki office!
If chosen, you would be responsible for representing Smarp in customer support contacts, giving the best possible service - quality is the #1 driver in your work! As a Technical Customer Support Specialist you should be able to work and think independently, coming up with creative solutions when needed as well as following the company guidelines. You will also gain a superb knowledge of our SaaS platform, so technical understanding is a preferred skill to have!
