We’re looking for an enthusiastic Customer Support Specialist to join our growing tech team at our Helsinki office!

If chosen, you would be responsible for representing Smarp in customer support contacts, giving the best possible service - quality is the #1 driver in your work! As a Technical Customer Support Specialist you should be able to work and think independently, coming up with creative solutions when needed as well as following the company guidelines. You will also gain a superb knowledge of our SaaS platform, so technical understanding is a preferred skill to have!

Areas of responsibility

  • Representing the company in customer support contacts, giving the best service possible
  • Communicating with the customers mostly in writing through our support tool
  • Identifying and reporting improvement areas based on the support knowledge you gain
  • Working closely with sales and technical teams to improve the product
    • Making sure customer problems are properly addressed in our technical & sales teams
  • Providing service by:
    • Solving the customer's problems in all ways imaginable
    • Explaining how to use the Smarp SaaS platform
    • Using Zendesk as the main tool

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Experience in (technical) support / customer service
  • Ability to relate to and understand customer needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Finnish (required), other languages are considered as a plus
  • Technical understanding of how software works in general
  • Kick ass problem solving skills and ability to handle demanding customer requests
  • Pride and ownership of your work and results you deliver
