Talent Acquisition & People Lead at Smarp

We hope that you already have some recruitment and HR experience from growth companies, but more than that - the right attitude. This position is a replacement hire since our current HR person, Mikko, is moving on to new challenges - you don’t have to start from zero but we expect that you have strong willingness to develop our people processes further!

Areas of responsibility:

  • Being the owner of our recruitment & talent attraction Globally
    • All the recruitments will flow through your hands
    • Active cooperation with the hiring managers
    • Making sure top talent finds Smarp
    • Heavy focus on sales and technology related positions
  • Being the owner of our people operations
    • Coordinating on-boarding process for our new employees
    • Talent management and people development processes
    • Supporting team managers and helping our business to achieve the goals
    • Administrative things related to HR

  • Experience from talent operations and especially recruitment from a growth company
  • Track record of success in filling technology and sales related roles
  • True ownership of your work - HR & recruitment is your area of expertise and you own it
